New Job, New Direction
It is with great joy that I am announcing my new position as Artist Coordinator and Studio Manager for multi-disciplinary artist Roisin Jones @iam_roisin.
I am very excited to help boost and develop her career as an artist, develop upcoming projects and build new connections with art institutions, art galleries and other art entities.
This was an important decision to take in my career. I found that our values and interest coincided: both being of Caribbean background and valuing the importance of diaspora identities and questioning and exploring its definition.
I am very grateful for the experience and opportunities Gallery 1957 brought to me. It was an incredibly powerful time that made me see another world and enabled me to meet wonderful people.
