Afropean by Johny Pitts is an incredible book documenting about Europeans of African decent.

The author travels through Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, Berlin, Moscow, Stockholm, Rome Marseille and Lisbon in a quest to find how it feels to be Black in Europe. The book unveils plural identities, giving voices to an Afropean experience from people living in different places, and coming from different backgrounds.

Although the writing of the book started from the great initiative of the Afropean online platform, the website is a great continuation of the project, serving you with 'adventures in Black Europe': an ongoing sharing project of a European Black culture.
